howdy,

I'm having trouble connecting 2 xbox's together with xbox ftp client. I've read the tutorial on xbox-scene but find it a bit vague. (no offense sulfur _ it's cause i'm a newbie)

Q1 -What happens if both the xbox's have the same IP address? my ip is : 192.168.11, what should i change the other xbox to? if i need to? (this is probably a stupid question)

Q2 - what port number do i enter? it comes up with 667

Q3 - does it matter what name and username i put?

Q4 - does it matter if the password is in lowercase or uppercase

any help would be grateful, i read with xtool box you have to edit files which i don't have to do. so i desperately want to figure out ftp client

IP addresses must be different if you plan on making the connection. You change this under system settings in EVOX. You should change the other xbox number to 192.168.0.X Any number can be used at the end as long as it is not 11.

21 is the default port

password is small caps-but I dont think it really matters
password=xbox
username=xbox

And remember, The xbox that is leeching the info must be the one you are controlling via xbox FTP or any other FTP client. Think of your xbox as the "leech" (parasite) and it feeds off the host (the other xbox) in order for it to get the files you need.
