i have a quick question, what exactly is dvd2xbox? i tried looking up some info on it, i had some problems...

Is it just like FTPing or does it directly copy it from your xbox dvd rom to xbox hdd without the requirement of a crossover cable or router?

is anyone else having problems getting to the HDD browser?  Sometimes when I load up the program it will not let me go to the HDD browser, the program freezes.  Anyone have an idea for this, thanks.

I've tried all of this and the <enableGDrive>1</enableGDrive>, i still can't get it to work. Do I install it on my C drive on the Xbox or another drive? My Xbox says i'm running Kernal Version 1.004976.02.

I'm a newbie about this, i've tried searching more but i can't seem to find anything on how to install these new programs or update the bios.

you can always email me at [email protected]  just put Xbox in the title.

Thank!

Lothurin

The X2 4976.02 BIOS does not support the G partition.  Do you even have a hard drive in excess of 137GB???

You say the same folder as the xbe, but I have no idea where that is. It might help if someone was to for example the file should be in your  "c" drive in such & such folder. As for the "games" directory I placed it on my "e" drive but when I boot up my xbox it does not show it as beeing there, any ideas why not?
