You can't use MP3's as XBOX game soundtracks - they only use WMA format. Then they're kept in a specific directory of E:\TDATA or E:\UDATA.
So if you have MP3's you want to listen in-game, you need to convert them to WMA and then upload them to the correct folder [whatever it is].

just want to make sure stereosonic2 knows this...
if you're not interested in hearing the music 'in-game', then yes, you can just use flashfxp or any other ftp program to put them on the box (wherever you want) and play them with Xbox Media Player.
