* You burned the iso as a file instead of as an image.
or
* Burning speed was too high, try lowest possible.

Weird ....

I remember having the same problem some time ago ... I used a CD-RW, which was using the full 700 MB. It also stated 'boot disc error insert disc etc etc", hitting 'enter' a couple of times did start it though.

Maybe try a different brand disc, a smaller iso (if possible) or a CDR instead of a CDRW (or the other way around).

Other than that I'm out if options, at least this reply gave you another bump =)

Just go into the 'recorder' menu and choose : 'burn image'

Select the iso you just made, burn it and you're done.

Before you start you'll need another 32MB of RAM before you do anything with xboxhdm i'm afraid  sad.gif

I don't think it matters what IDE you put it on by the way.. (as long as the jumper settings are right i.e master/slave)
Leave CD-ROM drive on auto-detect(IDE-0) and the HD on IDE-1.Have both HD and CD-ROM set to master since they will both be on seperate IDE cables.

Reboot with xboxhdm (with your 64MB RAM) and go from there..

Note:
When burning the ISO in Nero, make sure you "finalize the cd" This could have an impact on some drives booting from the CD..
