EDIT: forgot about double-slashes in topic...should be E:\CACHE\LocalCache00.bin...

i noticed this directory wasn't in my original HDD backup, so i removed it and ran all the apps, etc. i currently have on my box (except for my games).  it never re-created, so i'm wondering wth this is and where it came from...
there is also a E:CACHELocalCache08.bin...
