Need Help With Editing The Config Magic Ini File

I had the same problem. It seems some apps (including Config Magic) only want a path FROM the default.xbe for that app. To do this start the path from the default.xbe directory with the drive letter D: Even if your Config Magic files are on F drive. D basicly means the folder the xbe is in.

D in this case does not mean the DVD drive. It means from the Config Magic Folder. For example make a folder in the config magic folder and name it "backup". Then in your Config Magic .ini change your backup file path to D:backup. Do a backup in config magic and Voila! There are the backup files in the backup folder. Do the same with your eeprom files.

I don't know why some app will only browse to files and folders this way, but that's the way it is.
