I bought my Xbox pre-modded - it came with everthing (apps, emus, all that good shit), but I've allways suspected the DVD movie performance isn't what it should be - fast scenes are blurry, text is ghosting and it looks patchy in dark areas. This is definately not right, is it?
Have you ever known this to happen?
I'm trying to play region 2 discs on a PAL machine (PAL 60)
(Enighma set to 50Htz). I have a Samsung Drive.
I explained my problem to the guy I bought it from and he said to fix it, I might need a new Evo-x build(?) or it might be a BIOS problem.
I would think that I've got a pretty recent Evo-X dash.
I really don't want to change this myself, so I tried other methods..
I first tried re-installing DVD-X - it made no difference.
I updated the BIOS from 4976.02 to 4977 - no change.
