just to check..

If I am using the UEEE on a UXE'd NTSC/J xbox,

Can I go into Live TAB to create new XBL account?

And had anyone sucessfully tried XBL with UEEE , without ban?

Silly question but there have been too many claims of success in my local region.

I am still skeptic of the idea..

Though I have been asked many times to perform this...

I do not have any statistics to prove to my end users ...

this package is for switching the exploit on and off without the use of an exploitable game. So obviously it should only be interesting for people using live.

and ofcourse you can go live with a softmodded xbox. People who say you can't are probably just ignorant or they mean you can't go live in a modded state. If you boot retail (either by coldbooting the game or by deactivating the exploit) you can go live fine as this is done by lots of people.

There is still no proof of flagged gamertags. There were lots of asumptions when the people started to get banned on a large scale. The HD serial scans however were reported long before the bannings occured (although nobody believed it) so m$ started their database a long time ago and it's still the only logical way to explain the banning issue.
I am no legal expert but I wonder in what way M$ would have the right to scan HD files as this kinda invades our privacy. Maybe they could legally only scan directly to their own files and leave the others alone. If scans would occur it would certainly not only hit the exploits scene but the whole scene.

to my knowledge I was refering to gamesaves from splinter cell. And to my knowledge splinter cell is an entirely different game from splinter cell pandora tomorrow or splinter cell chaos theory.
