Dvd2xbox Wont Copy Dvd Files

I have been trying to copy the movies Life and The Wood  and when I start tjhe copy process I'll get a message that'll say "Failed to copy....." but it'ss copy most of the vob files but, not everything that is in the Viedo_TS folder such as ifo and bup files. Any suggestions?
