Sdl And Doom Legacy

Bascially this old game is shaping up to compete with the likes of Half-Life, with an advanced scripting language, easy to edit weapons and enemy behavior and looks, easy to contruct fully 3D levels, customizable textures, ect! A lot of nay sayers feel that this is not so, and that such a statement is crass, but you really would have to see to believe, infact check out the latest JDOOM for somewhat of a visual concept of what Legacy will look like with MD3 models and enhanced lighting.

I would REALLY like to see a port of this on the XBOX, as it could open up a very nice door for the community to begin to create and share there own games with one another. Just a thought.

BTW here is my project in the works wink.gif

I've been using Doom Legacy for a while. Amazing program. I'd especially be happy if I could use it on my xbox!
Doom Legacy also added in small things like a console, gravity, ability to jump, high resolutions, and freelook using mouse! Doom Legacy has a control scheme that made it feel like Q2!
