Paying My Respects
« on: December 28, 2004, 07:28:00 AM »

I downloaded NKPatcher v10, great gift.
I was absolutly blown away, Virtual Drives, Virtual EEPROMs.

You've almost got the Xbox spoofing itself.

I just wanted a thread to pay respect, to rmenhal, and any others that played in NKPatcher creation.
This truely is a remarkable piece of software.

Thanks again,
DJ

I agree with DaddyJ who would have ever thought Softmods would have gone this far?
Really what is the need for buying a chip anymore?

Great Job rmenhal and crew!!!

You are the softmod gods!!

rmenhal rulez
he has brought it to a whole new lvl
b4 softmods were a chep opition now there as good as if not better opition then chips.

i can only think of 1 thing that makes chips better is how easy it is to upgrade hdd WITHOUT using ur pc, u can do it on the xbox with soft mod but its a lot harder to do

Indeed, wonderfull stuff

And upgrade hd is also easy, use chimpanzee's tool, unplug the ide cable from dvd and plug in the new hd with a power splitter or give power from ur pc. Did a couple now, ur done in 10 min

Chips or softmods, it's the same, it does the shit u want it to do. Inform u right, then u know what u do, then there r no probs

Piece n leuv

I too have to take my hat off to the guys who have made the softmod scene what it is today.

Thanks to you guys, not only have I a softmod that runs as good as most modchips out there. But the softmod also hides itself & spoofs the eeprom ;)

What next I ask??!!??

Now THAT'S something we'd all like to see.  Not that XBC isn't great, but I'd like to try some other games online besides Halo and Halo 2 (Since there are very few other games that are hosted there) :D

Respect for Rmenhal. Even if a (virtual) obstacle would be as big as a mountain, he would still find a way to move it out of his way.

Great job, Rmenhal. Keep up the good work!
