Pretty sure it's not possible... and if it is, it's definitely not worth the work to change it.  Sorry man... looks like you're stuck with the big green X

if you dont know how to do it already, leave it alone
the people that do these things are busy doing things that serve more purpose for xbox modding

but it would be kewl to chang it to something else
