Iso Image Maker V1.21 Problem

I recently downloaded the program iso image maker v1.21 from the tools section of this site. And when i tried to create an xbox iso image . I get the message

run time error '53': file not found.


What am i doing wrong?. I clicked on the folder i wanted to change to an xiso image. And then selected the folder i wanted to store the iso into. Then named the iso. Then as soon as i clicked on "make". I keep getting the message i typed bove.
Can somebody please help me....
