Yup.  

Put all of the roms in your MAME-X folder, then edit the file E:UDATA4d414d45iniMAMEoX.ini and point the roms path to MAME-X.

It doesn't seem to work if your MAME-X is in a folder called "MAME-X", so if you have a dash in the folder name remove it first.
