i have used xbcopy for 2 of the 4 games you listed and they worked fine.  make sure you are not out of space on your hd.  also to eliminate some problems, try the old fashioned way and ftp the game files to your pc then back to your xbox to see if they work.  also what bios are you using?

i have that version and i tried copying Brute Force but it stop about halfway through copying. =(
