Probs With Wolfenstein

* Try NTSC/PAL mode (Avalaunch / Enigmah Switchdisc)

* Turn off all IGR in evox.ini

* Try mediapatch

* All files transferred/extracted without error (Use SimpleX to extract or xISO xFER to do both 'on-the-fly')
