xISO sucks, its unreliable and can create bad ISOs, use SimpleX to make perfet ISOs which if i remember rightly you can get from the X-S tools section, and as for FTP i use SecureFX, you can get that from http://www.vandyke.com/

FlashFXP and SimpleX. Both are easy to use and work great.
