Media Patching W/o Computer

Not at this time.  Your best bet would be to flash your BIOS with the latest X2 BIOS as it will bypass it on the fly.  If your mod isn't flashable, then you might be able to rig something.  There isn't a hex editor, but you could try the text approach.  Rename the XBE file to a TXT file and open it in xPAD.  If possible, search for:
èÊýÿÿ…À}
and replace it with
èÊýÿÿ…Àí (í is ASCII char 237)
and then rename it back to an XBE file.

Those strings are the ASCII equivalent of the shorter hex strings E8CAFDFFFF85C07D and E8CAFDFFFF85C0EB.  I can't guarantee that it will work, but it's worth a try.  It may be your only option if your mod is not flashable and you have no way of connecting your Xbox to your PC.

cool.gif are unwilling to flash their TSOP; and c) are entirely unable to network their Xbox.  I'm placing this percentage in the 0.2% - 0.5% range.  This leaves very little satisfaction an XBE media check patcher.
