Been doing TSOP mods and chip installs for some time now but my local supplier of chips has let me down and i've got two 1.6 boxes to mod. I've got tons of stuff from the usual places and i've read tons but im still a tad uncertain on which package/option i need to use or should use. Asking for some assistance, any is appreciated. He're what i have...

1.6 box dated June 2004
1.6 box dated September 2004
Two 160gig lockable hard drives
007: Agent Under Fire game
Nice size memory card
1.0 xbox modded with xecuter  2.2 pro
Xbins access

any help is appreciated, thx in advance

Most will tell you to use UXE.. But if it's a north american box UDE2 and XBOXHDM works great.. Download Xboxhdm there a really good tutorial in the tut's thread. Hotswap and copy the files over UXE or UDE2 then run evox back up take the eeprom take your new hard drive use XboxHDM build from stratch (if you need the M$Dash you can either download them from your modded box or just use slayers) Then Run UDE2 Then lock it with your eeprom.. (Place you eeprom on a floopy and boot with linux do a serach for eeprom   ) Super easy shouldn't take more than 20 min if done right..

He'd prolly be better with a 007 game save hack that generates an eeprom.bin .. But i'm not an expert in gave saves plus this isn't the game save board lol!

thanks for the awesome assistance guys, i was hoping to not have to do the pc locking method but if thats the only option then so be it hehe

It's really the fastest way plus i'm sorta good at it.. Thanks Trigger!!! lol

EDIT: If you want to try a game save post in that forum.. You'll find some people that might beable to tell you how to do it with 007 game exploit.. But if that fucks up i can't help you.
