Hdd Loader Problem

I copied Tao Feng into the E drive. But when i play it all it says its Loading and that it. I upgraded to phx loader 1.1 using Slayers 2.1 cd and nothing happens either "I had 1.0 before".  I disabled all the IGR's and it still dont work.
THis is my first time backing up a game to the harddrive.

Any help would be appreciated.
