Xbox Iso Game Server

Is it possible with a modded xbox to use a PC as a ISO game server?  I was thinking using software like EvoX to incorporate this feature, where the Xbox connects to a ISO server and creates a static link to an iso (homebrew game) and allows multiple users to use the iso as if it was on their Xbox! <_<
