Clone Xb V0.1

I got the GDImage.exe file i needed but when i try to connect to my xbox with it,it sits there attempting to connect and then freezes?, is this just cause its a beta or do i have somthing set wrong that im not seeing?

Oh and when i do get it working and i make an iso will i be able to decode it with divx to bring the size down or am i going to have to not make it into an iso?
