I too have two different IP's like you...did you do something to your "xbftp.ini" file?  Do I need to have XBOX 1 "xbftp.ini"s localhost = XBOX 2 IP  and XBOX 2 "xbftp.ini"s localhost = XBOX 1 IP? what's the 411?
