Hi again,

After re-reading the nfo file from xbpartitioner.  It looks like, if you want 100% lba48 support, you would need to get x2 4977 and patch it with xbtool with lba48 support.  This should give both parts.  Apparently 4979 and above say they have lba48 support but not fully - they don't have the on disk partition support in them.

Is this correct?

You need X2.4981, Evox M8+, or iND-BIOS.5003. Ind BIOS is easier to configure (it's done from a text file on the hard drive). All support LBA48 with on-disk partition tables.
