Using Pheonix Bios Loader On A 1.6 Softmod.

How do i use the pheonix bios loader on my 1.6 softmod?  in the readme it says i need the Rc4 key for my box.  how do i extract this?  and in the readme it said i didn't need the Rc4 key if i use an evox M8 bios, is this true?  and will it still load the original flubber and x screen?  any help would be appreciated, my email is [email protected].
