Need Help Flashing An Xecuter 3ce

I need a lot of help with my Xecuter 3CE, i have it installed into my xbox v1.0 already, i need help with the making of the cd and what to put onto the cd, i have been reading everything i can but i cant seem to get anywhere, like a complete download of everything would be sweet or a list of downloads and a really good guide to go along with it would be amazing. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
