Aladlive Programmer Software

Having trouble getting this program to run on my PC. it's the aladdin software for the programmer.
Everytime I run it on my PC I get the send MS error report. It runs fine on my laptop but my laptop doesn't have the serial or parralel ports. OS is from the same disk. Can anyone help?
