How Do I Ftp X3 Bios

ok i installed the x3 in my xbox and i turn it on and it has the bios screen i did xbins and downloaded x3 bios but i dont no what to do now i look and it doesnt say how to get them to ur xbox i want to ftp how do i dothis

Are you asking how to flash the bios?
