I have an 1.6 that I just installed an X3CE w/ a solderless adapter. Everything went well. Tried to flash X3 3294 bios via HTTP. It almost finished when it said 'programing failed'. I noticed that I had the flashing disabled on the chip. I enabled it, but now when I start up my xbox, I don't get anything on my TV screen, and on my chip instead of the blue led and four green leds, I have the blue and multi-colored starting w/ green going to red. Any help will be much appreciated.
