my softmodded xbox has a new 320Gb HDD in, but I'm facing the "over 130gb" problem.
Seems that the solution comes from using XBtool to add LBA48, but I cant' open my bios file, and seems that I can't open any bios file at all !
My bios is recognized by EvolutionX as "Original 5101 256k", but when I try to open with XBtool_1.0.23a on my PC both C:\xboxrom.bin or C:\backup\bios.bin (created by backup option in Evox) I just get this error:

Extracting 2BL image...
Extracting compressed KERNEL image... Invalid config params for kernel extract!
I tryed also to get other bios files from the internet but I have the same error when I try to open them ... what am I missing ? Is there something related with RC4 keys to be stored in the ini files ?
