Matrix And M8_lba48

I got a 320GB hdd and want to get all extra data into the F drive.  I want to flash to the M8_LBA48 bios right?  I haven't flashed a bios in years since I got my v1.0 xbox and Matrix chip up and going... don't want to fry it..  thanks for your help!  smile.gif
