Aladdin Xt, Bios Backup Size And Evtool

Well a backup bios is always 1MB and it hashes differently from the original bios. Well which bios do you currently have???

According to me, you should not use the backuped bios.

But if you want to make your "bios.bin" 256KB you can use the tool "Bios slicer" which can be found on this web page  http://www.xbox-scen...s.php?page=bios

But it will just slice your 1MB bios in 4 equal (256k) parts.

I have a Aladdin XT install on my 1.6 Xbox.

I used Spidermonkey boot disk to backup the bios and FTP'ed the backups to my PC.

1.  Checked the BIOS.bin file and found out it is 1MB, I thought aladdin only use 256KB bios?
2.  I only want to change the boot logo so I made a .DDS file.  I used EVTool 1.0.0 to insert the logo into the original bios.bin.
3. Question is:  How do I make the bios 256KB so that I can flash it?

I also have an aladdin XT install on my 1.6a xbox... and I have a ready .bin file that I want to flash my BIOS with...
quistion is: How do I flash my BIOS?
