Hi i have an xecuter 2.2 lite with a 2 bioses which are 4975 and 4983 on other bank with a xbox version 1.2a.

Anyway whilst the bioses are great i want to know the answer to one simple question. I have the normal xbxo dash that microsoft made since i don't need any type of modding. But what i want to know is that when i switch banks from 4975 to 4983 when i eject a game disc it won't reset back to to microsoft dash. Or any dash for that matter.

so my question is what processes do i have to use (on pc i also have all the tools) so it will reset back to the microsoft dash once i have finished playing a game and eject a game disc to put in another one etc....
also does anyone have any guides on those x2config.ini things i don't get what they ae for or meant to do?

Try to enable reset on eject with xbtool (you won't be able to do so with x2 4983..it is encrypted).

x2config.ini is used for the x2 5XXX series. They are the bios settings that those bioses load. They are pretty straight forward. What exactly do you need help with?

CODE
; do not reset when pressing on eject
noResetOnEject = 0

Make that line look like that.

You can use flashx to flash.

very sorry for the double post. well finally i have gone from complete noob to novice. i now have my xbox working with 5035 on bank 1 and the cromwell 303 on bank 2 just in case 5035 breaks.

anyway i don't want to get too over my head since i am still a novice/noob but whta i would like is a program that can change the big 'x' logo not the little "xecuter rox my box picture". i have acess to xbins also if that helps. this is because i want to colour mod my big x. but what do i do without completyely breaking the config file which i have working in e drive. also if possible doing an animation mod might not be that bad either if i can do it?

i should really start google searching before i post and annoy everyone.

anyway i have colour modded my xbox logo and the flubber animation but i saw on one of the programs i got that you can change the background colour. so once i am able to do this through the config file i will ask the moderator to delete this topic to clean up the forums and stop people having to click on a finished topic.

anyway could someone tell me what i ahve to type enter into the config file to:\
make the background white where we all see the xecuter logo and the xbox logo and the x logo.
take out the trademark pics in that same picture.

Use either X2ool or X2 Config Maker to make your ini. You can easily edit all of those things with the programs.
