my softmods including PBL will barf on a cold boot if I have my third party dvd remote IR receiver plugged into a controller port

although having my Mega-X key (usb mem stick-> xbox-usb convertor) plugged in doesnt seem to affect it, nor does having a wireless keyboard/mouse receiver with xbox/usb adapter plugged in

I am getting the same error after the game Mortal Kombat: Deception updated my dash
I have an aduio hack with modification to get around new graphic cards in V1.4 & 1.5 xbox's with Kernel: 1.00.5101.01 Dash: 1.00.5960.01
Will the Evox iso version 2.5 work for my setup or will I require a different evox version and if so what one?

What should I use then? I am new to this and my box was setup by a mate that has moved inter state so he can't do it for me. Would I have to remove the entire softmod from my box and redo it with new stuff or can I put the new mods over the top?

im not sure if you can copy it over the audio hack or not, but if you cant all you would have to do is return your c drive to unhacked ms dash (if you dont have one theres always slayers)

that worked great. I can even play some games that didn't work on the previous audio hack. thanks
