Problem With Loading Bios?

I'm not sure what happened.

I have an x3 ce.

I tried to flash banks 5,6,7,8 (1meg bios) with evox 2.6 - i converted the evox 256 to 1024.
it failed flashing so i had to flash a different bios (x3) to banks 1,2,3,4 and it worked fine.

so now i have a corrupted bios and a working one.  the problem arises when i tried to reflash the corrupted one and x3 said that it worked fine.  But it still wont boot from bank 5,6,7,8.

Any thoughts?  If anything I would just like to reflash those banks.  not sure how though.

Did you try reflashing the corrupted banks with the x3 or the evox.

I tried to flash it with the working x3.

I figured out the solution though.  Stupidity on my part.  I was thinking on on off off was one 1mb bios and the other was off off on on.  One of those is a 256kb bios.  That's why it froze a quarter of the way through.  My fault.
