Utilities Problem And Dvd Problem

Every time I try to run one of the installed utilities from the evox menu, I get the error 21 message. I've done some research, but nothings helped, so I thought some of the geniuses over here could help me with this.

And also, whenever I try putting in a DVD and try playing it, it can't read it.

Any help given, and I'll call you a god and worship you. So thanks in advance.

You most likely did not "sign" the apps that you installed, you have to sign all apps that you installed with which ever dashboard hack you are using (ie audio or font hack) you can use xbe dump to do this.  Of course you can forget about signing all together if you use Phoenix boot loader.  You were obviously not trying hard enough searching the forums.

Okay, well I've asked before about how to "sign apps," but I dropped it in the past because I didn't find it important enough.
