Is It Flashed?

Howdy...
Im doing a 1.6b xbox with 2.6 xecutor chip.  Anyways...to make a long story short.  I had 5 mod chips at one time and used them all up.  Last time I did a mod for a friend I flashed 2 of them wrong for a different version.  Well Im doing another 1.6 And Im pretty sure I might have flashed one of my chips for a 1.6 so I hooked it up and this is what I got...
Bank 1...I get no frag but nothing.  No screen and nothing...
Bank 2...I get flashbios 3.0.3.  and
If I disable the mod chip I get startup but after flubber it goes to error 06...
So what the heck should I do?  Is it already flashed?  Do I reflash bank 2?  What?

boot to bank 2 and then switch the chip's settings to bank one and flash with x2_5035_v16plus_512k.bin. then you'll need a different hdd (or unlock the one you are trying to use) because that harddrive is locked.

Well for right now I just have the original Hdd in there.  But yeah...Im gonna try that...So what is wrong with the chip???
And I am going to put a 250 gig Hdd in there...

nothing is wrong with the chip. if its booting flashbios, then nothing is wrong. you most likely have a v1.0-v1.5 bios on bank 1.

thats your original hdd? that error means your hdd is locked and your mobo cant unlock it.
