Strange 1.6b Problems With Chip Activated

I have installed many Xbox chips and have good experience at installing, but this problem is beyond what I have encountered before. I currently install Addain Advance on current Xboxes and the latest Xbox I have in my possession is a 1.6B with Hynix RAM. In many cases, about 30-40% of all times it boots it locks up during the blobber sequence while the audio is playing. Please tell me what to do. I have flashed with Yoshihiros 1.6b fix, but I still get this problem. HELP!!!
