Best X2 512kb Bios

Whats your favorite X2 512kb BIOS? Im currently using 4978.3 because the latest one (50 something) sucks. People reccomend X2 4981 but that one's 256kb. and since Im using an Xecuter 2.6CE chip, I cannot use that one until I make it into 512kb but I dont know how to do that  mad.gif

Any imput is great, I have a Ver. 1.2 xbox and I can get the bios's from the "usual place"

x2bm...this should give you the idea...

i use 5035 personally...but if i didnt have a 1.6 i'd still be using IND bios 5003

Thank you very much! I did have the 5035 BIOS but I hated the "xecuter config live" crap in the beginning.

If you don't like that msg, x2 4981 is your best bet.

I have 5035bios but I cant seem to get somer of the apps to work (red) I resized the M8+1.6bios and it seems to work better (most apps are working, not XBMP"still red") One thing I did notice about 5035 1.6 version is that you cannot , at leat I couldnt, open it with Xbtool? If anyone has a isea about how to solve this it would be great :0

BTW I am useing slayers install for loading apps and dash.

for the x2 5035 bios you should use X2 Config Maker

Yes that work great but still have problem wiht One app XBMP still wont install the default.XBE file?

Back to the point both the M8+1.6 and the 5035plus1.6 have given me the same results. I would just say that they both work the same besides a few minor glitches on both parts.

Why bother with XBMP when it's far outdated compared to XBMC?
