Take a look at Ind bios and .X animations.  that should get you headed in the right direction.

If you have the X2_5035, you can do it with either x2ool or configmaker.

You can do a full replacement of the flubber at boot with 5035's?

You don't understand... it's not a video... It's a 3d model that animates...

It's not a video at all...

From what I know, you can edit it with the IND bios's. But I don't know how or anything about this, so you'll need to do you own research *gasp*.

With the X2 bios's, you can change the colors, speed, sound, wireframe or colored, and camera motion of the flubber animation. But you can't actually change it entirely. You can get rid of it if you want, but you can't put something else in place of it.

So if changing the colors/effects of it is not what you are looking for (which in this case, it's not), then you need to do some research on the IND bios and 3d model editing. If it sounds to hard, then give up now, because you won't get too far...
