X3 Bios Pal To Ntsc Help

I was an idiot and changed the video setting from NTSC to PAL in the X3 BIOS and now I can't see the setup screen when I boot up the Xbox. Can someone help me by listing the steps to change it back. I basically need to know how many downward clicks and selection clicks it takes to get to the selection again and set it back and then click to reboot to Dashboard. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You can use my website as a guide - www.3283.keibo.org, just remember the selection starts at the top when u go to a new screen.
Or try - Video Region Quick Swap (L TRIG+X NTSC, L TRIG+Y PAL - hold on bootup)

You are my savior. I wasn't sure if the menu options worked but the left trigger and X button combo while in the BIOS worked great. The day has become bright and I thank you immensely.
