i upgraded my bios to 5035 recently and been using x2 config maker to do the config.ini but i wanted to make my own x2logo. I tried makin one in photoshop and it showed up fine in the config maker but when i updated the ini on the xbox it just gives me a pink background original xecuter rox my box logo.

i was thinking its in how i made it or the colors i used and i was wondering if anyone knows. i know the image size is like 180x50 and it should be in a bitmap save type it might be wrong this is just from off top my head.

try switching the image to 256 colours..... i believe that will fix it if i recall....

i decided to make it in paint with and save it as 256colors bmp. Works Perfectly thanks the help
