I Need Help Badly

so screwed up a couple of things on my xbox and i wanted to unstall a softmod that i had and install krazies one so i did that and now i get stuck at the nkpatcher and i dont have a dashboard anymore, i can ftp at the nkpatcher thing and i looked in my drives,

My C drive is completly EMPTY and my E only has the exploit game save and a SHAWDOWC.img i need the original files it got rid of all my backups and i reformated my comp so i dont have my epprom anymore is  thier something i can do becasue all i can do now is play the ''real version''' of games and i dont have a dashboard when i open my xbox without a disk it give me a message saying that my xbox needs repairs

just load up the game and exploit. if it loads you have ftp acces and you can ftp a fresh ms dash on there which you can obtain by getting slayers installler

so i dload slayers thing a extract the iso and copy all the files over ?
