X3 3294 Flash, Got Sound No Video

I just flash my x3 chip with x3 3294.  After I flashed it and restarted my box I heard the common xbox startup up but had no video.  This is a first time flash for this chip.  Also I am unable to restart the cromwell flash bios.  If I start my xbox without the chip activated I get video and sound.  Any ideas on how to fix it and if not any ideas on how to reflash the chip.  Thanks.
