Ok, here's the problem. I can't seem to get this chip to accept a flash. This is the white cromwell/flashbios version. I tried using an Imation 4x CD-RW with the x2 4981 bios on it and it gave me the error message "Unknown flash! Halting" So I switched to trying to flash by HTTP. Got the same message.
According to the team xecutor website that means that my chip has flash protection enabled but I don't think that this chip has that.
I've tried a lot of different bios's from the autoinstaller deluxe package and fresh from xbins. I made sure that they were all 512k by resizing or whatever. Any help is greatly appreciated.
