Alright, here's whats going on.. i recently softmodded my xbox, everything is working fine,, was able to upgrade the HD to a little bigger one, run's unleashx, evox, avalaunch and XBMC no problems..
but here's wheres things starts getting off the mark..
tried to load IND-bios.5001 bfm,, and boom. fragged my box..
i would see it load the bios. then black screen..
so anywayz, took the hd.. since i wrote down the password. i was able to recover.. tried x2 (dont remember which one right now, im at work), same thing... cept it wouldnt even boot farther then the blob.. just loads a black screen..
(i used Biosloader and Ntkernel(sp??) )
games wills till work like a dream, but, nothing else works..
Xbox is version 1.0, with a phillips DVD and a 20gig hd (OEM)
any suggestions on what might be causing the problem would help
