I Think I Messed Up!

Sorry for replying to my own post, but edit didn't work. I've tried the other bank on modchip, and it won't let me boot either. I get Power On, Power Off, Power On, Power Off, FRAG. With modchip off, I get error 16. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
