New Duox2 Chips (white Ones)
« on: January 29, 2005, 11:50:00 AM »

Hi all.  Going to start using the new white chips instead of the old blue ones.

Anyway, my question is, which bios do you all prefer for this chip? still the executer 4983's?

My main question is, for the versions 1.6 and 1.6b, can they both use the same type of bioses like the 4983? or 4981? if not, which bios is recommended?

Also, quick question, what is the difference between .06 and .67 for the 4983's?

Ty all

.06 means all free space goes to f:
.67 means all free space up to 137gb goes to f: and the rest to g:
I'd use .06 on everything up to 250gb if your useing a bigger drive you should use .67
as after 250gb you may not be able to use all your hd

btw a quick search would have anwsered your ?
