Xecuter 3 Problem

Please HELP!!!!!

I recently bought my first XBOX.  Specs

Xbox crystal, version 1.6 (as reported by the BIOS)
200g HD
DVD Model: PHILIPS J5 3235C
Xecuter 3 Chip with 1959 BIOS installed.
UnleashX  0.37.1218 Build 543

Whatever I do I cannot run most of the games from the HD. I changed the BIOS to Evox and the Dashboard. I changed the Xecuter options a million time. Followed the

But nothing happens, most games freeze or don’t run. I download the games from newsgroups and transfer them to the Xbox using XIT or Craxtion4.

For example:

1.   Prince of Persia Warrior within: game freezes after the first "loading" screen, the screen turns green and that's it.
2.   Medal of Honor Frontline: after the second mission the game will freeze while loading.
3.   GoldenEye Rogue Agent: Game will not even load.
4.   Star Wars Kotor II: Freeze while loading the first mission.

Some games do run (thank God!) like Call of duty and Star Wars Kotor.
Please help!!!!
