okay so I just got the Spider-Chip.. turns out it a had Cromwell BIOS already installed on it. Thinking I was following all the right directions, I installed another Cromell Linux BIOS over it. Yep.. that wasnt really the greatest idea. Now I cant load any BIOS from the new Cromwell. Im really pissed and I just want to get back to my original BIOS. Please help me if you have any ideas. Thanks.

*Ive been using CD-RW for all my latest burns, should I try a DVD-R instead? (i used a DVD-R when I installed the new Cromwell)
